1.3 Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

b) Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is eligible. Please do not send back any items without an RA number.

c) Secure Packaging: Pack the item(s) securely to avoid damage during transit. Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

d) Shipping: Ship the product back to the address provided with the RA number. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

1.4 Inspection and Refund

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it for any damage or tampering. If the item is found to be in its original condition, we will process the refund within 5 business days using the original payment method. The refund amount will exclude any shipping or handling charges.

a) Original Payment Method: If the purchase was made using a credit/debit card or an online payment method, the refund will be credited back to the same account. If the payment was made as Cash on Delivery (COD) the
